Requests for Proposals to Provide Cap-and-Trade Program Services PDF Print

The California Air Resources Board (ARB), in collaboration with the WCI Partner jurisdictions working on the cap-and-trade program, has released three Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to solicit proposals to provide cap-and-trade services:

In addition, ARB has released a fourth RFP to provide training to agency staff on monitoring markets (RFP # 10-110 - Market Monitor Trainer).

A bidders' conference to discuss all four RFPs will be held at 9:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 in Conference Room 550 at the California Environmental Protection Agency (1001 I Street, Sacramento, California 95814).  To attend by phone, dial 1-877-779-7420 (international callers should dial 1-312-470-0189) and enter passcode 55434.

Successful bidders will have to be registered with the California Secretary of State or appropriate State jurisdiction prior to the date of awarding a contract.
