WCI Submits Comments to Environment Canada On Its Proposed Offsets System Draft Documents PDF Print E-mail
The letter accounts for WCI’s perspectives and concerns on the current draft federal offset system design.  The letter focuses on areas of the offset program design that the WCI has completed, although other areas are of interest, such as the length of the liability period, the mechanism to ensure replacement of credits in the event of a reversal, and the application of incrementality.
