This report, Economic Analysis and Modeling Support to the Western Climate Initiative: ENERGY 2020 Inputs and Assumptions, outlines the assumptions and data inputs used in developing a Reference Case for the Western Climate Initiative.  The development of the Reference Case is on-going and as such this should be viewed as a living document that will evolve as the model is reviewed and refined.
