Announcement regarding the structure for the Electricity Team.   The primary difference between the new Electricity Team and the original Electricity Committee is that the Team will carry out their tasks in coordination with other WCI Committees (primarily CSAD and Reporting) and their work products will flow through those committees, and then to the Partners, prior to release.
