The WCI Offsets Committee has scheduled a second stakeholder call at 9:30 a.m. Pacific to discuss the white paper on Offset Definition and Eligibility Criteria, released on July 24.  Comments on the white paper should be submitted via the WCI website by August 21.

The purpose of the call is to review public comments received by the 21st and address any further topics or questions stakeholders may have at this point.  During September the Offsets Committee will further analyze the options within the white paper, consider and incorporate stakeholder input, and develop draft recommendations.
