Ingmar Juergens (DG Enterprise and Industry, European Commission) and James Bradbury (World Resources Institute) will present to the WCI Cap Setting & Allowance Distribution Committee the policies  being developed for addressing competitiveness concerns of energy-intensive, trade-exposed industries, as well as the process for engaging industry in climate policy developments under the EU-ETS and proposed U.S. legislation.
