The WCI Offsets Committee will hold two stakeholders calls to discuss the Offset System Essential Element Draft Recommendations. This second call on Wednesday May 5, 2010 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. (Pacific) will provide stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions of the WCI Offsets Committee and provide comments.
