The WCI has formed seven committees in 2009-10 to analyze the technical aspects of creating the WCI regional greenhouse gas reduction program and make recommendations to the Partners.  Follow the links below for specific committee information.

The 2009-2010 WCI Work Plan contains a description of the anticipated tasks and deliverables of these committees.  This plan includes a set of activities that the Partners believe will achieve continued progress toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and in particular designing the regional cap-and-trade program.  This is a living plan that will evolve over the course of the year as the committees make progress on their tasks.


The WCI welcomes stakeholder input on the work of these committees, including comments on white papers and participation in workshops and conference calls.  The WCI also holds bimonthly stakeholder conference calls and issues a monthly status report to provide regular updates on committee activities to enable stakeholders to track overall progress.  Sign up for the WCI mailing list to receive updates and announcements.
